The harp and guitar are both polyphonic instruments, giving us the chance to play a wide repertoire as soloists. The same applies to chamber music, where our role is mainly that of accompanist.
The ANSY DUO was born of the desire to break out of this soloist role by accompanying each other. We play an original repertoire with some South American and Spanish musical influences. It gives us the opportunity to create a real dialogue between harp and guitar. With a varied program of waltzes, tangos and suites for harp and guitar, our roles complement each other perfectly, and that's the magic of playing together!
