Saint-Jory-Lasbloux is located in the north of the central Périgord, between Thiviers and Excideuil. The village is crossed from north to south by the river Isle and to the southwest by the Glane, a very modest stream in its length but with a large flow that supplies drinking water to eleven communes thanks to the capture of part of its waters at its resurgence.
